How do I top up my AdBlue?

You can top up your AdBlue in four easy steps. If in doubt, consult your manufacturer’s handbook or refer to your manufacturer’s YouTube channel.

Step 1: Locate your AdBlue tank.

The most common place is right next to your fuel filler cap, although it could also be found under the bonnet or in the boot. It will be clearly marked and most likely blue in colour. If you are having trouble locating your AdBlue tank please refer to your manufacturer’s handbook.

Step 2:Attach funnel to your AdBlue container.

Use a funnel to make filling up easy and mess free.

Step 3:Fill up as required.

Pour in AdBlue as needed. The amount required will likely have been stipulated with your warning light notification. If you need to check please refer to your manufacturer’s handbook.

Step 4: Wash your hands and rinse any spills.

If you have split any AdBlue onto the surface of your car, make sure you rise it off as it could damage the paintwork. Wash your hands thoroughly to avoid any irritation.
