The Donnelly Group, Northern Ireland’s largest family-owned vehicle retailer, has unveiled its new-look website.

Upgrades to the website – donnellygroup.co.uk – ensure that the overall online service for customers is greatly enhanced.

The new Donnelly Group website experience is seamless, allowing customers to research their next vehicle, make informed decisions, on their terms, and at their convenience and now they can even make a full purchase online too.

Dave Sheeran, Managing Director at Donnelly Group said:

“Digital technology is re-shaping the future of car sales and dealerships as we know it, but for the Donnelly Group, ‘keeping the customer central to everything we do’ has been at the heart of the business for 70 years, and our website is no exception.

“Customer service was at the forefront of the redesign and our customer feedback level is currently rated ‘excellent’ by Trustpilot with a score of 4.8/5 based on 900 verified customer purchases.

“A new Rapid RTC Live Chat System means customers can still communicate with sales teams across our locations in real time, meaning they can still get advice from our staff who are equipped with the knowledge and expertise but without having to go to the dealership.

“This is an entirely new feature for us and one which we believe will greatly improve the service provided.”

The new website’s online offering is hosted by G-Forces new e-commerce platform, NetDirector Auto-e and has been designed to meet the needs of all of the Donnelly Group customers.

For those motorists wishing to make a credit application, a finance calculator feature is also available on the website - providing customers with access to all available information regarding their chosen vehicle and allowing them to tailor their finance quotations by amending factors such as their deposit amount or agreement term.

A specialist search function has also been incorporated within the website which allows customers to filter vehicles according to a number of specifications such as price, manufacturer, size etc.

“The website is extremely accessible and information regarding our 18 manufacturers, our nine locations, motability or finance options can be found at the click of a button.

“Customers can now reserve or purchase an approved used vehicle from the Donnelly Group online for £99 in just 3 easy steps.

“They can then schedule the collection of their new vehicle from whichever of our showrooms are most convenient to them.”

Across all nine locations Donnelly Group have approximately 1,500 used cars, vans and pick-ups available at any one time, all of which are also eligible for UK and Ireland delivery service at a cost of just £199.
