Northern Ireland’s largest independent new and used vehicle dealership, the Donnelly Group has launched a new Group wide parts delivery service guaranteeing cost and time savings for customers.
With a dedicated parts vehicle now completing a once-daily collection and delivery service from each of the Donnelly Group’s eight province-wide locations, all showrooms have full access to parts, including tyres, from all 18 manufacturers on a same or next-day basis.

“The new Group wide parts delivery ensures greater convenience and a faster service for our customers, including trade customers.
“The daily circuit covers collection and delivery from all eight of our locations across Northern Ireland.
“With approximately £1.2m parts in stock across the Donnelly Group at any one time, this new process means we are less reliant on our manufacturers for parts which makes the time for servicing and repairs quicker than ever before.
“It also means repairs can take place at a location which is most convenient to the customer which has already resulted in an uptake of the parts service and which we believe will further increase turnover within our parts division.
“Our parts division currently has a team of more than 40 staff which facilitates the Group’s commitment to exemplary aftersales care, and keeps our customers on the road.
