Donnelly Group is celebrating a double award success for a member of its Head Office marketing team in Dungannon, Co. Tyrone.
Jade McGeary (23) from Armagh, who recently graduated from Ulster University (UU), received the awards for her outstanding performance as a marketing student.
She joined Donnelly Group, Northern Ireland’s largest family owned new and used vehicle dealership after gaining a First Class Honours degree in marketing from UU Jordanstown.
A former pupil at St Catherine’s College, Armagh, Jade was awarded the Chartered Institute of Marketing Award for the Best Student Performance in Global Marketing at the Ulster University Business School Student Awards.
This was followed by receiving the Marketing Institute Ireland Award for Best Final Year Student.
Jade, who works as a Digital Marketing Executive at Donnelly Group, commented:
“It is a tremendous honour to have received these awards which show that hard work really does pay off.
“I was delighted, first of all, to receive First Class Honours but to follow that with these awards was much more than I ever could have expected.
“I would like to thank the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Marketing Institute Ireland and Ulster University for the awards and also Donnelly Group for giving me the opportunity to use my skills in full-time employment.”
