Our car & van sales showrooms are physically closed in line with the Stormont Executive directive on COVID restrictions.

Our sales teams will all be available via Phone, Email or Video Call to assist you with your purchase via Donnelly Group - Your Way Contactless Sales

With Donnelly Group – Your Way Contactless Sales, you can:

  • Search for new vehicles from any of our 16 manufacturer partners
  • Search from over 1,500 group wide used vehicles in stock
  • Apply for finance online
  • Arrange your part exchange online
  • Reserve your chosen vehicle for only £99 - with reservations valid for 48 hours

We will complete all necessary paperwork securely online and you can sign all documentation securely online from home.

We can then arrange collection at your convenience at our secure handover areas available at any of our locations or or alternatively we can deliver directly to your home.

Both the collection and home delivery services are performed in a COVID secure way and within the guidelines issued by government. Following a government update on Monday 8th Feburary - we are now permitted to faciliate showroom handovers for Motability customers following an online application.

We can facilitate you collecting your new vehicle. All handovers will be completed following guidelines at our secure handover areas. If you wish to avail of this service we ask that you arrive on time and follow all guidelines to ensure your safety and that of our team.

Following a government update on Monday 8th February we are now permitted to facilitate showroom handovers for Motability customers.

Can I visit your showroom?

​We cannot currently facilitate showroom sales appointments for customers due to government restrictions. We can however offer;

  • Virtual Appointments – to assist with your purchase experience
  • Personalised Videos – for both new and used vehicles
  • Online Vehicle Reservations – for just £99 across all used vehicles (reservations valid for 48 hours)
  • Secure Online Finance Applications – for your added convenience

I have ordered a car which I am due to collect – what are my options?

We can facilitate handovers at our COVID secure designated areas, in line with government guidelines. We can also offer Home Delivery to the address of your choice which can be arranged at your request.

For Motability customers we can now facilitate a showroom handover - following an government announcement on Monday 8th February.

Will my new car be sanitised?

Yes, we can assure you that your vehicle will be appropriately sanitised throughout paying close attention to regular touchpoints to ensure thorough cleansing for your safety.

Motability 

I have ordered a car with the Motability Scheme – can I collect it?

Yes. At this time we can handover Motability vehicles as we offer collection of vehicles at our showrooms on an appointment basis with social distancing measures in place. This is for the safety of our customers and colleagues.

I am unable to collect my car myself – can a friend or family member do this for me?

Yes, provided your friend or family member are one of the nominated insured drivers for the vehicle.

I would like to order a car on the Motability Scheme – can you help?

Yes – we are happy to help you place your order when you are ready to do so. Although we can’t welcome you into the showroom, our team can help you by phone or online to complete your order.
