We commit fully to manufacturer training programmes to ensure that Technicians and service advisors are up to date with product developments and repair methods and to ensure that they can provide the very best service every day to every customer.
Our service centres are fully equipped to inspect, maintain and repair cars and commercial vehicles and as we’re approved by each manufacturer, our customers can place complete trust in us for repairs and other work following a routine service, breakdown or incident on the road.
Donnelly Group Tyre Services carry out work by Accredited Tyre Technicians trained to IMI Level 2 NDTA (National Tyre Distributors Association) Standards.
Support roles and core processes form the foundations and are pivotal to the overall health of the business, supporting every showroom and division within our group.
Modern day business is indelibly dependent on good reporting, robust systems of management accounting, creative marketing, database management and talent development. It takes a continuous combination of efficiency from all these roles in all these areas to drive sales and profitability of the company.
Within each of these disciplines we have continual development training plans.
