The new e-Golf has been unveiled and is now available to order. With the battery range of 186 miles, which is 50 percent compared to outgoing model, that is more than enough charge to keep you moving on the daily commute and with zero emission you can drive more efficiently than ever. Charging from empty to full using a wall box takes approximately 5 hours 30 minutes, while empty to 80 percent takes 46 minutes with the 40kW dc rapid charger.
The e-Golf is fitted with market-leading specification, using modern technology in an uncomplicated way, which includes parking sensors, climate control, app connect, Full LED Lights and Discover Nav Pro with 9.2 " screen as standard. The exterior includes features such as all-LED lights at the front and rear, while the lighting is further enhanced with flowing indicator function in the rear, where the orange indicator light sweeps across the tail lights. The front and rear bumpers follow the 'electric car look' and they are unique to the e-Golf model. Inside, the cabin is fitted with blue stitching on the leather-trimmed wheel and gear knob, which gives that luxurious feel, while never compromising comfort.
