Allow yourself to be won over by the PEUGEOT 3008 PLUG-IN HYBRID* and PLUG-IN HYBRID4**, which features distinctive elements that emphasise modernity and technology.

PLUG-IN HYBRID TECHNOLOGY

For more powerful sensations, the PEUGEOT 3008 is available in a HYBRID4 version (4-wheel drive)*** and HYBRID (2-wheel drive)****. It combines:

  • A 147kW/200hp PureTech petrol engine for HYBRID4 and one 132kW/180hp engine for HYBRID
  • Two 80kW/110hp electric engines for HYBRID4 and one engine for HYBRID.

*** Combined power of 300hp engine **** Combined power of 225hp engines

LITHIUM-ION BATTERY (300V)

The range of the battery in 100% electric mode is 40 miles WLTP^ for the HYBRID4 and 25 miles WLTP^ for the HYBRID. Its capacity is 13.2 kWh.
The high tension battery is placed under the back seats, without impacting the boot space above the mat.
The “e-SAVE” function allows the driver to set aside a reserve of electric energy* to use when desired during his or her journey. This feature is useful in restricted driving areas.

^ Full MPG, C02 and electric range legals can be found at the bottom of this page.

*The reserve makes it possible to drive 6 miles, 12 miles or for the full battery.

HYBRID4: 4-WHEEL DRIVE

The PEUGEOT 3008 is available in a 4-wheel drive version. The 4-wheel drive improves traction on difficult roads (rain, snow, ice, mud).

The vehicle moves by activating the combustion engine and the two electric engines on the front and back of the vehicle, respectively, for a combined power of 300ch.

If the power needed allows for it, and if the battery is sufficiently charged, the 4-wheel drive mode can be used in 100% electric mode.

The charging flap is located on the vehicle’s back left side (symmetrical to the fuel flap). The charging cable can be easily stored away in a place specifically set aside under the floor of the boot, without impacting the boot space above the mat.

To have the full capacity of all-electric driving (40 miles WLTP^ for the HYBRID4 and 25 miles WLTP^ for the HYBRID), it is necessary to recharge the battery.

^ Full MPG, C02 and electric range legals can be found at the bottom of this page.

Once plugged in, an array of colours will indicate the level at which the battery is charged.

The time required to charge the battery varies depending on the power of the charging point and the power of the charger*.

*On board charger power – standard 3.7kW, optional 7.4kW.

CHARGING FROM A DOMESTIC SOCKET

You will need to buy an accessory cable if you wish to charge from a domestic socket, as we do not recommend this as a daily charging solution.

  • 0 - 100%: 5 hours charge time at 2.3Kw

ACCELERATED CHARGE

Charging from a Type 2 (Mode 3) dedicated electric vehicle charging point is the recommended way to charge your vehicle on a daily basis. This cable is provided as standard with the vehicle.

  • 0-100%: less than 4 hours charge time @ 3.7kW with the standard on board charger
  • 0-100%: less than 2 hours charge time @ 7.4kW with the optional upgrade on board charger

CHARGE AT A PUBLIC CHARGING POINT

The majority of public charging points in the UK are Type 2 sockets, which will charge your vehicle at the accelerated charge times listed, depending on the power of the charging point and your on board charger.

LUXURY INTERIOR

The PEUGEOT 3008 PLUG-IN HYBRID* and HYBRID4 SUVs features Nappa Mistral full grain leather interior trim.

*Standard, optional or unavailable depending on version.

VISIBILITY OF ELECTRICAL DRIVING

To facilitate access to restricted traffic areas, a cyan-colored LED, visible from the outside, activates at the top of the windshield when the SUV is running in 100% electric mode.

HYBRID BADGE

HYBRID * and HYBRID4** badges adorn the PEUGEOT 3008, a subtle indication of the vehicle’s place in the world of PLUG-IN HYBRID technology.

*2-wheel drive, 225hp, available on Allure, GT Line and GT versions  ** 4-wheel drive, 300hp, only on GT finish

DRIVING PLEASURE

With the PLUG-IN HYBRID engine, you can choose how you drive: internal combustion engine or 100% electric. The benefits of the 100% electric driving mode include:

  • Ultra low emissions of 36 g/km C02 and up to 40 miles of fully-electric range^
  • Fluid and smooth driving, fewer vibrations
  • Sharp acceleration thanks to immediate engine torque
  • A silent engine* offering a serene driving experience

^ Full MPG, C02 and electric range legals can be found at the bottom of this page.

* All HYBRID versions feature AVAS (Acoustic Vehicle Alerting System) as standard.  This generates a sound when travelling at low speed, audible outside the vehicle for pedestrian safety.

SAVINGS

Multiple savings in use:

  • Average fuel consumption savings of 40%^
  • Zero exhaust emissions (CO2 and NOx) when driving in electric mode
  • 8-year/100,000 mile warranty for the traction battery to maintain at least 70% capacity

^ Full MPG, C02 and electric range legals can be found at the bottom of this page.

MPG, Co2 & Electric Range Legal Statement

^The fuel consumption or electric range you achieve, and CO2 produced, in real world conditions will depend upon a number of factors: including the accessories fitted (post registration), variations in weather, driving styles and vehicle load. There is a new test (WLTP*) for fuel consumption, CO2 and electric range figures. However, the CO2 figures shown are NEDC equivalent, calculated using EC correlation tool which converts WLTP figures to NEDCeq** figures and will be used to calculate tax for first registration. Figures shown are for comparability purposes; you should only compare fuel consumption, CO2 and electric range with other vehicles tested using the same technical standard. The 3008 HYBRID and HYBRID4 are plug-in hybrid vehicles requiring mains electricity for charging. The figures displayed for this vehicle were obtained using a combination of battery power and fuel. Information correct at time of issue.

*WLTP - Worldwide harmonised Light vehicles Test Procedure. **NEDCeq - New European Driving Cycle.
