We understand that when you buy a van, you're investing in an important business asset. That's why we ensure every one of our used vans leaves us in perfect working condition. And you also have the confidence and peace of mind that it's backed up with comprehensive Volkswagen warranty and Roadside Assistance. Vehicles that are aged under 3 years old come with a minimum of 12 months Volkswagen warranty and Roadside Assistance, and 6 months for vehicles aged over 3 years
Multi-point check*
Our skilled Volkswagen technicians thoroughly inspect your van inside and out with a series of mechanical, electrical and visual checks. We'll fix any faults we find using only genuine Volkswagen approved parts. And then we'll give it a full road test just to make sure. Finally a full valet will leave your van looking as good as new.
Vehicle data checks**
We'll sort out all the paperwork checks and details for you, including registration, VIN, service history and mileage. And just to ensure there are no hidden surprises, we'll also review the van's history through HPI or Experian for any outstanding finance, reports of plate transfer or record of theft. We even provide you with a certificate to confirm that we've completed all these checks on your van.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Das WeltAuto Used Commercial Vehicle, or it does not exactly match your business requirements, you can exchange it for another vehicle of the same, or higher value. This is 30 days when purchasing a vehicle under 3 years old and 7 days for those over 3 years of age.

Used Van Warranty

We'll fix any faults we find using only genuine Volkswagen approved parts. And then we'll give it a full road test just to make sure. Finally a full valet will leave your van looking as good as new.
You'll get a minimum of 12 months warranty on any of our vans that are under three years old and a minimum of 6 months on any over three years of age. And vans under 2 years old we'll include the balance of the manufacturer's warranty which covers the vehicle until it reaches 3 years old or 100,000 miles. We'll cover the cost of repairs, replacement parts and labour up to the current market value of the covered vehicle* and there's absolutely no excess to pay. Engine, gearbox, steering and suspension are all covered - including parts.
Roadside Assistance
You'll benefit from Roadside Assistance, so even if something does go wrong while you're out and about, help is always at hand 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, at home or roadside, UK and Europe, with no limit on call outs. We understand that when your van isn't on the road, your business is not making you any money so in the event of a breakdown and recovery to a Volkswagen Van Centre, a replacement vehicle will be made available if the vehicle cannot be repaired in a reasonable period. Finally, if your van undergoes a warranty repair requiring more than 24 hours in our workshop we'll provide you with a replacement vehicle.*****
