The new fleet of Volkswagen Commercial vehicles will aid the day to day operations of CMP which specialises in the supply of quality truck and trailer replacement spare parts across the UK and Ireland.
Chris Donnelly, Donnelly Volkswagen said:
“Since CMP opened in 1999 we have developed an excellent relationship with the company providing vehicles when required. We’re thrilled to have been chosen as the supplier of the new fleet which will support further growth for CMP which has already enjoyed continued success over the years.
“We are both local Northern Ireland companies with very similar values, particularly when it comes to ensuring a great service for our customers.
“Our award-winning team at the Volkswagen Van Centre, spends a lot of time with customers, such as CMP, to really understand the requirements of the fleet. That then allows us to suggest models which can really work hard yet efficiently for the business.
“This new fleet of commercial vehicles will therefore allow CMP to continue to provide customers with the high standard of service they have come to know and expect.”
CMP’s current fleet is made up of Volkswagen Amarok, Caddy and Transporter vehicles.
Mark Curran. Managing Director from CMP said:
“Having worked with the Donnelly Group for a number of years we were confident that the fleet would meet our requirements yet in a cost-effective way.
“The benefits of the new fleet are huge, both financially and operationally, particularly when you factor in the reduced maintenance requirements of newer vehicles
“Excellent customer service is key to my business and investing in three more Transporter vans will help maintain growth whilst keeping customer service as our number one priority.
“We have worked with the Donnelly Group for over twenty years and the team has always been excellent to deal with and Volkswagen as a brand has unbeatable quality “
CMP operates from two purpose-built depots located in Armagh and Newry and has fifteen staff with many years’ experience in the spare parts industry.
