New Citroën C5 Aircross

Citroën's new C5 Aircross is an all-round SUV with large wheels, a robust muscular design and a high ground clearance. This stylish SUV is 100% Citroën in its personality with graphic features and a broad range of personalisation options. New C5 Aircross SUV is the most comfortable and versatile SUV in its segment with class leading boot space (from 580 to 720 litres, if seats up or lowered). As an ambassador of the Citroën Advanced Comfort® programme, it offers major innovations such as suspension with Progressive Hydraulic Cushions®, Advanced Comfort seats and three independent and adjustable rear seats. It is a Next-Generation SUV with 20 driver assistance technologies and six connectivity technologies.

The most modular SUV in its segment

Three individual, adjustable rear seats.
These three seats are all the same width and can be adjusted forward and back, making it possible to adapt the interior space or boot capacity.
They are incline-adjustable with five positions and can be easily collapsed to form a flat through floor thanks to the two level boot.
The biggest boot in the segment with 580 litres and expanding to 720 litres with the seats down.
It also boasts many storage areas, including the central armrest, which covers a large compartment.

Suspension with Progressive Hydraulic Cushions

Designed to meet the most demanding conditions the new C5 Aircross SUV is fitted with the Progressive Hydraulic Cushions suspension system to deliver an ultra-comfortable ride.
This technology improves shock absorption, in particular when going over bumps and dips in the road, by reducing vertical movement.
The new C5 Aircross SUV also has one of the longest wheelbases in the segment. This is another factor contributing to the exceptional ride of our latest model.

Advanced Comfort Seats

Wide and comfortable seats give passengers the feeling of pure comfort, with 15mm- thick foam ensuring softness and durability.
Front seats are filled with high density foam to avoid poor posture after long periods of driving and can be adjusted vertically.
Headrests can be adjusted vertically and length ways.
The driver's seat also offers the ultimate in relaxation with a multi-point massage system.

Exterior

At 4.50m long, this new SUV stands out on the road thanks to its non-aggressive, powerful and dynamic personality. The C5 Aircross SUV comes with a wide and imposing front-end design, high bonnet and flowing lines punctuated with strong graphic features such as the Airbump® with its coloured insert, large 720mm diameter wheels, 230mm ground clearance, rocker panel and wheel arch protectors, and stylish, two-tone roof bars.

New C5 Aircross SUV boasts a panoramic glazed sunroof. The side design shows off a flowing roof design and continuous glass waistline, highlighted by a "C” chrome-finished signature reflecting the car’s interior space. The rear of the vehicle is stocky, wide and tall, showing elements of the spaciousness and the class leading boot capacity (from 580 to 720 litres). The four rear headlamps create a deep 3D effect on each side of the vehicle.

There is a broad range of personalisation options. These include 30 possible exterior combinations, with seven body colours (Polar White, Pearl Black, Platinum Grey, Steel Grey, Volcano Red, Tijuca Blue, Opalescent White) and three Colour Packs (Silver, White and Red); exterior colours can be combined with a Pearl Black roof.

Interior

The personalisation extends to the interior, with four themes that play on light, warmth and refinement : in addition to the standard theme there's also, the Metropolitan Beige, Metropolitan Grey and Hype Brown interiors.

The cabin of the new C5 Aircross SUV is spacious and luxurious, incorporating generous and flowing lines, whilst still offering optimal practicality. It features a robust dashboard with a horizontal layout and a heat-sealed fixing stretching across its width.On the drivers side, the cluster of digital instrument can be configured by the 12.3 inch touchscreen, which displays the selected information in the driver’s field of vision.

The wide and tall central console and the raised seats give you a sense of control of the road. The colours invite passengers to settle in to an unprecedented travel experience with unrivalled comfort.

The new C5 Aircross SUV offers a range of efficient and powerful Euro 6.2 engines, with the 6-speed manual gearbox or the 8-speed automatic gearbox:

C5 Aircross SUV boasts the most recent version of the 8-speed automatic gearbox, 8-speed "Efficient Automatic Transmission" with Shift and Park by wire control, offering even more efficiency and comfort:

Its fuel consumption is up to 7% lower compared with the 6-speed automatic, thanks to the two additional gears
The two additional gears provide smoother gear shifting by reducing the intervals between gear changes.
