This Promotion is free to enter, no purchase is necessary. Entry to the Promotion shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions and your agreement to be bound by them.
The Prize must be taken by 30th April 2019. Subject to availability. The precise specification of the vehicle is subject to vehicle availability and can be changed at the Promoter’s discretion.The winner will be provided with the relevant details to make arrangements for the delivery of the vehicle. The vehicle is to be collected from a registered Citroën dealer in Great Britain of the winner’s choice. This Promotion opens at 06:00 GMT on 8th February 2019 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 17th February 2019. Entries made before or after these dates and times shall not be eligible, unless the Promoter decides to extend the timings. Entries will be collated into a spreadsheet and one (1) winner will be chosen randomly by a computer process using a number generator no later than 7 days after the closing date (by 28th February 2019). The winner will be notified within 2 weeks after the Draw Date.
This Promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over at the date of entry. Proof of age and proof of UK residency may be required. Employees (or family members of employees) of any group company of the Promoter, any company or person connected with the administration of this Promotion, any companies or persons involved in the sale of the Promoter's products, including but not limited to Citroën UK dealers, may not enter this Promotion. The Promoter will not be liable for entries that are not received or are incomplete, corrupt or delayed for any reason. Incomplete, illegal, fraudulent or corrupt entries or those not in accordance with these terms and conditions will be disqualified. Only one entry per person.
The Prize will be awarded at the discretion of the Promoter and is subject to availability. The Prize is non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. The Prize does not have to be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute for the Prize (or any part of it) a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. The Prize does not include personal expenditure and other incidental costs other than those specifically stated in these terms and conditions as being included. If the winner is not eligible or able, for any reason, to accept the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to award the Prize to another entrant. Details of the winner’s name will be available for one month after the close of this Promotion by writing to the Promoter at the address set out above and stating the name and date of the Promotion.
The winner must provide their full name, postal address, date of birth and full contact details including email address and telephone number. If the winner is not able, for any reason, to accept the Prize, or no response is received within 72 hours of contact, the Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to redraw another winner, without any liability.
