An employee of the Donnelly Group, Northern Ireland’s largest family owned new and used vehicle retailer, has been awarded the Volkswagen Gold Pin for her commitment and dedication to the brand.
This is the second consecutive year that Lesley Ann Cunnah, Site Director at Donnelly Volkswagen Eglinton has received this prestigious accolade, presented by Volkswagen's parent company, Volkswagen AG.
Lesley Ann has been awarded the Gold Pin for her exceptional work with Volkswagen Passenger Cars throughout 2018, and with Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles the previous year.
Lesley Ann said:
“To be presented the Gold Pin is extremely encouraging, and we could not have achieved this without the dedication of each employee, who continually go above and beyond for our customers.
“At Donnelly Volkswagen, we have excellent knowledge of the brand which allows us to achieve an extremely high standard of customer service.
“Motorists across the North West can rely on us for all their Volkswagen needs, be it for advice, after sales support, servicing or maintenance - the care we offer our valued customers continues long after the purchase has been made.”
Lesley Ann was one of nine within the Volkswagen franchise to be awarded the Gold Pin Award for the service provided by Donnelly Volkswagen.
Donnelly Group was also recognised in the Volkswagen Diamond Pin Commendation awards that took place in December last year when Executive Chairman, Terence Donnelly, was credited for his continuous display of operational excellence.
Lesley Ann continued:
“It is our customer-centred approach to business that has led Donnelly Volkswagen to be presented with the Gold Pin Award for the second year in a row.
“This accolade is a result of the hard work of our team and will likely spell further success for Donnelly Group in the future.”
Lesley Ann is the fourth employee from Donnelly Group to receive recognition from Volkswagen, following Terence Donnelly, Executive Chairman; Paul McMulkin, Volkswagen Head of Business, Enniskillen; and Christine Dynes, Brand Manager Volkswagen Van Centre, Dungannon.
Donnelly Volkswagen passenger car showrooms can be found in two locations province-wide, including Enniskillen and Eglinton, alongside two ‘Servicing Only’ locations in Dungannon and Mallusk.
