Donnelly Group, Northern Ireland’s largest family-owned new and used vehicle retailer, has announced that its Accident Aftercare Service is now available to its customers 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The Accident Aftercare Service provided by Donnelly Group, manages the entire vehicle accident process from start to finish on behalf of its customers, whether the driver is at fault or not.

Sinead Coey, Accident Claim Handler at Donnelly Group said:

“The Accident Aftercare Service is a programme which is greatly valued by our customers as it removes some of the stress and worry that is often involved in the event of a road-traffic accident.

“If a customer is involved in such an accident, all they have to do is give us a call and we will collect the vehicle from the scene of the accident, bringing it to one of our specialist vehicle repair centres situated at each of Donnelly Group’s nine showroom locations.

“Whether a fault or a non-fault accident, we handle the entire process. This includes road-side recovery, vehicle repair and liaising directly with the customers’ insurance providers.

“If a customer’s vehicle is damaged, we also offer a replacement vehicle free of charge to get them back on the road while their vehicle is being repaired to the highest standard.”

Through the Accident Aftercare Service, customers involved in a non-fault accident receive assistance when claiming back any diminution in vehicle value or any cost incurred such as loss of earnings or personal injury. In the circumstance that the vehicle is written off, Donnelly Group also helps with the purchase of another new or used vehicle from one of its showrooms.
