#SEATSeekingname has came to an end, and the wait is finally over. The SEAT Tarraco, which will be the third SUV to join the SEAT family.
The journey began in early June 2018 when SEAT launched the campaign #SEATseekingname to ask the general public to suggest a name of the new large SUV by early 2018.
The criteria to enter was simple. The name had to be a Spanish place, easy to pronounce in any language and reflect the essence of the SEAT brand. The new large SUV would follow in the footsteps of a total of 13 SEAT models : Ronda, Ibiza, Malaga, Marbella, Toledo, Inca, Alhambra, Cordoba, Arosa, Leon, Altea and the latest two SUV models, the Ateca and the New Arona.
In the final stage, over 146,000 SEAT fans voted from a total of 134 countries.
The New Tarraco, seats up yo 7 passengers and will complete the SEAT SUV range. The new large SUV will be launched in the UK at the end of this year.
