For clients funding using a PCP finance product, it is recommended that the total deposit, including Finance Deposit Allowance should not exceed 40%. For those models that do not have a Finance Deposit Allowance, the client deposit should not exceed 30%. • JLR UK will only provide a Finance Deposit Allowance to those Retailers who agree to jointly fund the total Finance Deposit Allowance. Any Retailer who chooses not to jointly fund this will see the JLR Finance Deposit Allowance element withheld or recovered as appropriate. The total Finance Deposit Allowance must be shown on the client invoice and JLR UK reserves the right to audit Retailers. • Finance proposals and corresponding support will be valid for a period of up to 6 months beyond the end date of the current quarterly programme, providing Retailers have a signed client order, deposit and accepted finance proposal within the period of the current quarterly programme. • Retail Finance Programmes are available for Private (“P” code) and Small Business (“B” code) registrations. • Retail Finance Plans (e.g. supported APR, Finance Deposit Allowance) cannot be used in conjunction with Employee Privilege, Affinity Portal, NFU / Farming Affinity, Demonstrator, Courtesy, Management or enduser Fleet Discount Plan support. • We will be auditing 100% of vehicles financed through Jaguar Financial Services / Land Rover Financial Services and will reclaim any Finance Plan Support from Retailers where supported plans have been used incorrectly. • The APR and any applicable finance deposit allowance can only be guaranteed for up to 6 months from the end of campaign quarter. For all finance proposals (existing and new), the GMFV will continue to be honoured for up to 6 months from the date of proposal. A proposal acceptance is based on the client application and status and is not an acceptance on the quarterly campaign plan. It is the Retailer’s responsibility to ensure the proposal acceptance is checked and that it has the correct validity period for the quarterly campaign terms. The terms of one finance plan cannot be combined with the terms of another finance plan from current, previous or future campaign periods. • All full written client finance quotations are valid for 14 days for Land Rover Financial Services, or until the end of the campaign period for Employee Privilege and Tactical Support Programmes, whichever comes first. All offers may be withdrawn or varied at any time in the future without notice. Contract Hire Programme Terms & Conditions • NVRS Coding – Please use NVRS Code K for ALL Business Contract Hire sales and for ALL Personal Contract Hire sales • Please follow the correct sales coding process utilising Leasing Company (MAD) where there is the opportunity to present JLRCH • Please use Leasing – Non-Eligible (MAI) where there is no opportunity to present JLRCH • Contract Hire Support Payments – Manufacturer support is paid directly to Land Rover Contract Hire by JLR UK.To achieve headline rentals, manufacturer support may be loaded into the Land Rover Contract Hire quoting tool. Please note that manufacturer support cannot be used in addition to end user client terms available via the Employee Privilege Programme or Demonstrator / Courtesy / Management Vehicle Support • JLR Contract Hire must not be offered, promoted or advertised via third party brokers, intermediaries or introducers • All vehicles financed through Land Rover Financial Services will be audited. We will reclaim any finance plan support from Retailers where supported plans have been used incorrectly.
