Northern Ireland based dealership Donnelly Volkswagen Enniskillen is celebrating winning the Category 3 Dealership – 80 to 200 handovers in the national, annual Motability Scheme Dealer Awards – recognising them for their continued support and for providing outstanding customer service with the Motability Car Scheme.
The Motability Scheme Dealer Awards programme is designed to reward best practice and ensure all Motability customers receive exemplary customer service across the nationwide car dealer network. The Awards are judged on how a dealer delivers the Scheme to customers, and is assessed by customer feedback and reviews of their Motability Scheme performance. The Motability Scheme Dealer Awards programme includes regional, quarterly prizes which were awarded during 2015, with all quarterly winners then automatically entered into the nominations for the annual award prizes.
