The Donnelly Group has received approval from the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) as a training centre for industry accredited courses.
IMI is the professional body for individuals working in the motor industry, IMI qualifications are recognised across the UK and is the leading provider for automotive training in the UK. The Donnelly Group are the only motor dealer in Northern Ireland to be accredited.
As a recognised training centre, The Donnelly Group will be able to provide an extensive range of training courses to their staff including; Sales, Service, IT, Technical, Admin and Managerial based courses.
Speaking of the recent accreditation, HR Director Robert Fitzpatrick commented, “We aim to provide our staff with the best training opportunities possible in their individual fields. It is extremely important that we continue to invest in our people to help us maintain our status as the largest independent new and used motor dealer in Northern Ireland.”
As an approved centre, The Donnelly Group will be able to deliver high quality training in-house that will be accredited through the IMI.
This IMI accreditation coincides with the launch of Donnelly Group’s own training academy. This will provide training opportunities in a range of fields and will be available to all 530 Donnelly Group employees across our seven locations.
