Working as part of our successful Service team your main duties will include: - Booking in customers vehicles - Taking details from the customer on arrival to showroom and organising a courtesy car for them if required - Liaising with the Workshop on progress on customers vehicles, to ensure vehicle is ready for customer at agreed time of collection - Explaining customers invoices to them on handover of repaired vehicle and obtaining payment
Criteria: Full driving licence desirable Should be confident and outgoing with good communication skills An interest in cars and the motor trade is an advantage but is not essential Experience in a customer facing role would be an advantage (e.g. in part time job, summer work, etc)

MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT
We are looking to recruit a highly organised and experienced Management Accountant to oversee the financial operations at our Motor Village in Mallusk.
The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties: • Preparation of monthly management accounts and composites in accordance to strict deadlines • Cash management and cash flow reporting • Preparation of VAT returns • Annual budgeting • Supervision and direction of accounts staff • Development and improvement of internal control systems and procedures • Contribute to the overall finance team within the Group
The Person Ideally the successful candidate will be: • CIMA, ACA, ACCA qualified or part qualified with a consistent career record of responsibility. Although candidates with other relevant qualifications together with extensive experience may also be considered. • Commercial experience is desirable but not essential, as full on the job training will be provided. • Highly flexible, a good motivator and a team player • Good I.T. skills are essential • Possess a hands on approach • Ability to work to tight deadlines • Dedicated to achieving results
