The Donnelly Group embraces family values and is core within the ethos of the company. Reflecting this we have second generation family members working within the group.

Career Development & Progression within Donnelly Group

In line with the continued growth of the Donnelly Group, we have created a strong team of over 500 employees.  Many key members of our team have enjoyed promotion from within the organisation. Some of these success stories include team members who started in the company  as Service Technicians and through continued development have reached Senior Management level such as Dealer Principal.

Our efforts within the development of our HR policies have been recognised by Department of Employment and Learning (DEL) as well as the Sector Skills Council. We have also been invited to sit on the NI Employers Forum for the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI).

Modern Apprenticeship Programme (Technicians)

John Black & Trevor Montgomery highly trained Technicians with Donnelly Group, Dungannon 

John Black (left) & Trevor Montgomery pictured above with Citroen Dungannon Service Manager; Noel McCormick. Both joined Donnelly Citroen in 2005 on the Modern Apprenticeship Programme. In 2008 after obtaining  NVQ Level 3 they moved on to train with Citroen UK. They have completed a number of extensive training courses and assesments they are now fully qualified Citroen Consultant Technicians, which is a top qualification within the field. John & Trevor continue to receive regular updates from the Donnelly Group and Citroen UK.

 

Department of Employment and Learning (DEL) value our contribution in promoting learning and skills by establishing a Modern Apprenticeship Programme across our workshops. We provide the delivery, training and provision to achieve a Level 3 apprenticeship in association with local colleges to prepare vehicle technicians of the future.
