1947: established in Caledon as a vehicle repair and taxi service

1959: Move to Armagh Road site with first franchise, Austin Motors

1981: Purchase Dungannon Garages including Land Rover and Rover Franchise

1991: Awarded first Renault franchise

1995: Awarded Mitsubishi Eglinton

1996: Awarded Mitsubishi dealership for Dungannon

1997: Awarded Mitsubishi dealership for Belfast including largest Mitsubishi showroom in UK

1999: Awarded Toyota in Eglinton

2001: Awarded Volkswagen franchise in Eglinton and Enniskillen

2002: Nissan franchise in Enniskillen and Eglinton

2002: Citroen franchise opens in Enniskillen

2002: SEAT franchise opens in Dungannon

2003: VW Commercials opens in Dungannon

2004: Peugeot Enniskillen & Eglinton becomes part of the Donnelly Group

2005: Suzuki franchise awarded to Donnelly Mallusk

2006: Awarded Renault Franchise in Ballymena

2006: Taxi and Bus Conversions launched in Dungannon

2006: Citroen franchise opens in Dungannon

2007: Set up MOTORSTORE brand across the Province

2007: Open Ssang Yong Mallusk/ Dungannon and Enniskillen

2008: Honda Belfast and Honda Ballymena opens

2008: Renault Enniskillen opens

2009: Opening of Volkswagen Van Centre Mallusk

2009: Donnelly & Taggart Honda Eglinton opens

2010: Donnelly Honda Dungannon opens at the Moy Road site
